She turned her trauma recovery into a mission to Lead a Courage-Driven Life.  Ms. Schulting-Kranz founded Live Boldly Coaching to use nature as a primary healing element. Sara coaches 1:1 clients, offers online programs, and also leads Transformational Coaching, Meditation, Breath work, Adventure + Hiking Retreats in the Grand Canyon.

Laney is a Certified Personal Trainer and loves helping people to become fit and strong! She designs individualized fitness programs for clients to achieve their goals.. whether it’s to do 20 pushups, complete a 5K, train for a triathlon or hike up mountains! She works with people of all levels and offers online workout plans as well as personal training in the comfort of your own home for the (925) area codes. Linda Burkard, Yoga Instructor

Linda is a certified instructor with over 25 years of experience. She teaches both “Yoga of Recovery” and Y12SR. Yoga of Recovery combines Ayurveda, yoga and traditional recovery tools to offer a more holistic mind, body, spirit approach for addiction recovery.
